The Magellan residence is located in Kirchberg, in a group of four residences that form the Media Bay domain.

Slightly set back, it offers a peaceful and natural environment thanks to the surrounding nature and the landscaped park located at the back of the building.

The residence has 12 floors with a total of 78 – one to four – bedroom apartments, each with its own balcony and large windows that let in a maximum of light and offer a splendid view of the Kirchberg plateau and nature.
