Each room has at least: a raised bed, an desk chair, a wardrobe, an 80 cm TV (with international channels at your disposal) and a WIFI connection.
The common areas are composed (depending on the size of the residence) of the following self-service amenities:
- One (or more) fully-equipped kitchen (s)
- One (or more) bathrooms
- A corner / room ‘laundry room' equipped with washer and dryer, iron (s) and ironing board (s).
Our flexible offer allows you to meet all your accommodation needs:
- A rental guarantee of only 500, - EUR (refundable within 8 weeks maximum),
- The possibility of extending your stay at any time (subject to availability of your room),
- A simplified contract termination via a single notice of 1 month maximum,
- The possibility to change rooms in just a few clicks and take advantage of our catalog of more than 900 rooms,
- Cancellation insurance in case of unforeseen events or postponing your stay.
- A single point of contact who will guide you throughout your stay
Our prices are ALL INCLUSIVE: water, electricity, heating, insurance, and professional (bi-) weekly cleaning of common areas. If you have any concerns, a technical team is available to respond to your requests as soon as possible.
You just have to come with your suitcase and we take care of the rest. And to top it all off, you will be invited to our Afterwork events once a month to meet our team, and the tenants of other residences!
